AKA Fish...or Zombie Fish for short.
Fish is a young Vortian child of about 12, though he's more immature than a typical 12 year old. He belongs to a gang of orphan and/or runaway kids that live on the streets or out of abandoned buildings. They all cause lots of trouble mostly just for fun, though some, like Hannibal (Fish) are generally good kids mixed in with a wayward crowd. They look out for eachother like family, and most have traded out their real names for nicknames. Hannibal was given the name "Zombie Fish" simply because when he was discovered by the gang, he reeked of dead fish, from digging through a dumpster. Fish also tends to use a 'cutesy' vocabulary, consisting of repeating some words or statements twice in a row, and adding on useless suffixes and rhyming nonsense words.
